Dan draws upon his knowledge and experience obtained through twenty years as a CPA and tax and business attorney.  His tax practice is based upon the principle that all taxpayers need to plan and structure their business and personal transactions to utilize the tax-saving devices built into our laws.

Dan is an expert at interpreting and applying tax laws to business and personal transactions and situations.

His work with clients includes tax planning, business entity selection, tax deferred exchanges of real estate or business assets, the purchase or sale of a business, estate planning and business succession planning, and tax issues related to marriage or divorce.

Dan's efforts revolve around helping individuals, businesses and business owners meet their tax responsibilities and plan for proposed or upcoming transactions so that they are aware of how their decisions will affect their tax situation. He is a frequent speaker and author of articles on tax issues.
