Debbie has over 22 years of experience providing assurance services to not-for-profit organizations and serving on not-for-profit boards in various capacities.  Her experience includes providing services to trade associations, foundations, and social service organizations.  She also has significant experience with employee benefit plan compliance and reporting, and general business advising.  Prior to joining Smith & Gesteland in 2007 and becoming a partner, Debbie was with the a national accounting firm for 21 years.
