His experience embraces businesses from start up companies, through their various stages of growth, and to their sale or successful transition to the next generation.

Jeff can assist businesses evaluate the profit potential of new business ventures or acquisitions, project results for budgeting, cash flow planning, and obtaining financing.
Advising Growing Businesses and Tax Planning
As a partner, Jeff works with owners and managers of family and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. Jeff advises his clients in minimizing corporate and individual taxes, compensation programs, cash management, financing needs, buy/sell agreements, and maximizing their return on investment. Jeff has assisted many clients with acquisitions or reorganizations.

Jeff's most satisfying work is in assisting business owners reach both their financial goals and their desire to pass a business on to successive generations. Jeff assists with retirement financial planning, estate planning, and many aspects of succession planning including ownership succession, leadership succession, and dealing with key non-family employees.
