CPA

Tracy is a partner in the Tax Services Department.  She works with closely held businesses, family businesses, leasing companies, and not-for-profit organizations.  She is involved with the year-end compliance reporting, especially in the area of multistate taxation.  In addition, she participated in all phases of reviewed and compiled financial engagements with for-profit entities.

Reviews and Compilations
Tracy has a thorough knowledge of GAAP reporting for manufacturers, wholesale/distributors, leasing companies, and service companies. Her thorough understanding of her client's businesses and accounting systems facilitates improved profitability through strategic planning, implementing tax-saving strategies, timely answers to inquiries, and prompt completion of engagements.

Service Corporations
Tracy considerable experience in working with service corporations in various capacities.  She supervises audit engagements, IRS tax filing requirements, and prepares management letters and financial reports that are presented to the board to assist them with the monitoring of the company.

Tax Planning and Preparation
Tracy helps clients review their individual and business tax situations. She assists with year-end tax planning, tax research, complex multistate issues, and development of strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
